Senior Electrical Construction Project Manager - Data Center

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected electrical construction organization that specializes in complex commercial and industrial projects. This company is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to quality, and focus on delivering innovative solutions for clients across a variety of industries.They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple electrical construction projects while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop high-performing project teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget.Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects from planning through execution and closeout.Establish and manage project schedules, staffing plans, resource allocation, and operational priorities.Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met.Monitor project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, cost control, invoicing, and change order management.Review and improve project processes to support efficiency, quality, and profitability objectives.Manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, safety standards, and industry regulations.Support field operations and engineering teams by providing leadership and problem-solving throughout project execution.Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and successful project delivery.Participate in design reviews and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with project requirements.Qualifications7–10+ years of project management experience within electrical construction or a related industry.Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction coordination, and project execution.Experience with estimating, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and change management processes.Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor staff, and drive project success.Strong financial and business acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Professional certifications or industry licenses are a plus.What’s OfferedOpportunity to join a growing and stable organization with a strong industry reputation.Collaborative and team-oriented work environment.Career advancement opportunities and long-term growth potential.Competitive compensation package with benefits.Exposure to impactful and technically challenging projects.*Open to relocation
