At Horizon we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in retail construction, tenant improvement, and remodel programs that fit Horizon's core client criteria Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and industry stakeholdersResponsible for identifying tenant improvement opportunities, developing and maintaining long-term partnerships and representing Horizon Retail Construction with professionalismLead sales efforts from initial prospecting through onboarding Collaborate with preconstruction and operations teams to verify client requirementsRepresent Horizon Retail Construction at industry events and networking functions with sales team Track and report sales activity, pipeline development, and prospects Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within tenant improvement, and national rollouts to support Horizon's growth initiatives Support long-term account management and repeat client engagement strategiesSummary Of QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or equivalentExcellent verbal, oral, and written communication skillsGreat listening and problem-solving skills Strong leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentA highly motivated, self-starterAbility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events Preferred SkillsEfficient and productive worker that can adjust to heavy workloadsTakes initiative and is forward thinkingAbility to set appropriate priorities based on organizational needsGreat research skills Strong networking skillsUses technology efficientlyWhat We OfferHorizon offers a collaborative work environment with a strong focus on team culture and professional growth.
