Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem, IN, for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include managing client communications, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, and preparing proposals or presentations to pitch solutions to prospective clients. The selected candidate will also monitor market trends and competitors to ensure a competitive edge.
