Systems Engineer/Training Developer - Level 3

Overview You will develop and implement maintenance, IT, and SA training for the Ground Control System as part of UMCS/MQ-25. You’ll partner with pilots, engineers, and technicians to design courseware and ensure effective operator readiness. The role blends instructional design with system knowledge to deliver training in classroom and ship/shore environments. This opportunity lets you shape how complex military systems are taught and understood, impacting mission readiness and total systems success.
