Job Details Posted: 23 March 2026 Location: Smithfield, RI Reference: 997383 Job Description Data Engineer Smithfield, RI Onsite Hybrid Experience BS/BA Degree Minimum of 8 years of data engineering experience Hands-on experience working with PL-SQL and NoSQL Experience in ETL tools, including Informatica Experience/exposure to Java, Python or Scala Experience with design and development of high TPS REST based Microservices using frameworks like Spring, Mybatis, Jersey etc. Design, develop, and implement data intensive Web Services, including alignment to coding standards, building/running appropriate unit and integration tests and deployment scripts via karma, JUnit, groovy, jest, etc. Cloud experience with Azure is a plus Agile methodology experience with CI/CD. SQL, AWS Certification a plus Knowledge on CD process and tools and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins, Stash, Artifactory etc.) Demonstrated work experience using data streaming tools like Kafka and loading data to low latency caching data stores like Redis Mainframe development skills a plus.
