You’ll serve as a central partner to Sales, Marketing, and business leaders, translating technical processes and operations into polished, customer-ready presentations and resources that drive revenue conversations forward.This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, making it ideal for someone who thrives on learning a business inside and out, turning complex ideas into compelling visuals, and managing many smaller projects at once. It also requires strong follow-through, comfort pushing stakeholders for inputs and deadlines, and the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Sales Enablement Coordinator’s scope will include managing the end-to-end development of sales presentations, slide libraries, templates, and other resources in partnership with Sales leadership and subject-matter experts. In addition, you’ll manage stakeholder communication, content reviews, and continuous improvement of TransPak’s sales enablement framework.For your application to be considered, please include a cover letter and a few examples of slide decks you’ve produced.***What You’ll Be DoingSales Presentation & Resource CreationCreate clear, polished, customer-ready sales materials that communicate TransPak’s complex solutions.Build and update slide decks, templates, and other collateral for Sales teamTurn raw inputs, notes, and ideas from stakeholders into clean, compelling contentTranslate technical processes and abstract ideas into digestible, visually engaging presentationsCustomize decks for different audiences, segments, and opportunitiesEnsure all materials are error-free, polished, and adhere to brand guidelinesStakeholder Partnership & Business LearningPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to understand resource needs and opportunities.Meet with leadership to understand content and resource needsProactively identify opportunities and content gaps for resource development and updatesProject Management & Day-to-Day ExecutionKeep enablement work moving efficiently while managing many small projects at once.Build timelines and track progress across multiple initiativesFollow up consistently to collect content and hit deadlinesMaintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout each projectPrioritize competing quick-turn requestsStay flexible and resourceful as needs evolveWhat We’d Like To See From YouSales Enablement Coordinator candidates should have:1+ years of full-time, corporate experience in sales enablement, marketing, communications, or presentation development within a B2B or manufacturing environmentBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field preferredSkills and Competencies:Strong storytelling and visual communication skills — especially in slide design and presentation flowComfort learning technical subject matter and translating it into clear, digestible contentExceptional organization and project-management ability across many small, fast-moving initiativesExperience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholdersConfidence following up, pushing for inputs, and keeping projects on trackHigh adaptability, resourcefulness, and comfort with shifting prioritiesAttention to detail with a strong quality bar for customer-facing materialsTools:PowerPoint (advanced) & rest of Microsoft Office SuiteProject management platforms (Monday, Asana, or similar)CanvaAdobe suite (basic)Your CandidacyRole may be hybrid or remote, with strong preference given to candidates located near San Francisco/Silicon Valley or Portland, Oregon.Target salary for this role is $55,000-$68,000.For your application to be considered, please include a cover letter and a few examples of slide decks you’ve produced.***
