Technical Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Define application wellness strategy and roadmaps to enable application and infrastructure modernization.• Actively manage technical debt across the enterprise technology stack.• Partner closely with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and infrastructure teams.• Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture standards while improving technology health, resiliency, and time-to-market.• Develop product strategy and vision, and create product roadmaps from ideation to launch.• Perform internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.• Minimum five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development, or business/system analysis.• Minimum two (2) years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role.• Experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex problems.What's On Offer• Competitive salary• Opportunity to define product strategy and roadmaps for critical modernization initiatives.• Collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups across the organization.• Contribute to improving technology health, resiliency, and time-to-market.Apply via Haystack today!
