Nuclear Medicine Tech Location: South Charleston, WV Agency: Concentric Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location South Charleston, WV Schedule / Job Type Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days — Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; call coverage required one day per week and every fourth weekend (Friday 4:30 PM through Monday 7:00 AM) Key Responsibilities Perform a variety of nuclear medicine imaging studies including cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, lung scans, thyroid uptake, and tilt studies, averaging 12–15 scans per day Operate department imaging equipment including Siemens E-cam and Philips Brightview gamma cameras across a four-room department Start IVs and perform EKGs as required for patient preparation and study protocols Document and manage imaging data using Meditech Expanse EMR and AGFA IMPAX PACS systems Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekday call shift per week and every fourth weekend Adhere to department-specific orientation requirements and dress code standards Required Qualifications Current ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB certification required Active West Virginia State Licensure in Nuclear Medicine Technology required Current BLS certification required Demonstrated experience with IV placement and EKG performance Valid, unexpired driver's license required — copy must be submitted with application Candidate must supply their own radiation monitoring badge through their agency Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience with Meditech Expanse EMR and/or AGFA IMPAX PACS systems Familiarity with Siemens E-cam and Philips Brightview imaging equipment Experience in a high-volume nuclear medicine department with a broad range of study types Why Join Us Work in a well-equipped four-room nuclear medicine department supported by an on-site radiologist and lead technologist Gain exposure to a diverse range of nuclear medicine studies in a structured, Monday–Friday day-shift schedule
