Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus availableOpportunity:\nNuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician\n\nJob Details:\n• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM\n• Rotating weekend coverage every 4th weekend (Friday 4:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours)\n• On-call requirement one day per week when not covering weekends\n• Perform 12-15 nuclear medicine scans/studies per day on average\n• Conduct cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, lung scans, thyroid uptake, and tilt studies\n• Must be proficient in IV starts and EKG procedures\n• Work with 4 nuclear medicine scanners including 2 Siemens E-cam and 2 Philips Brightview units\n• Use EMR Meditech Expanse system and AGFA IMPAX PACS system\n• Chart using EPIC system\n• Required certifications: ARRT or NMTCB certification, BLS certification, WV State Licensure, and Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCB-NCT) verification\n• Must provide copy of unexpired driver's license with submission\n• Agency must provide radiation badge (facility will not provide)\n• Dress code requires black colored scrubs with no embroidery, no t-shirts, scrub jackets only for warmth, no Crocs with holes or open backs\n• Department-specific orientation required\n• Experience required with strong IV start and EKG skills essential\n\nFacility:\nThis acute care hospital provides comprehensive nuclear medicine services with a modern department featuring multiple advanced imaging scanners and state-of-the-art equipment.
