Location: United States (Remote)
Pay: $30 - $33 per hour
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via email and chat
Provide accurate information and solutions to customers regarding products and services
Assist customers with order processing, account management, and technical support
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
Excellent written communication skills in English
Proven experience in customer service or support role
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM systems and help desk software
Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering terminology is a plus
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
