Support Specialist
Banking Experience RequiredThis position is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting clients through multiple communication channels.They will provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients with account inquiries, transfers, online banking support, loan and credit card questions, and general account maintenance. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a positive customer experience.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Assist customers with account information, transfers, account maintenance, and general banking inquiriesProvide support for online banking and digital banking platformsHandle customer inquiries related to loans, credit cards, and deposit accountsResolve first-level customer issues and follow up on open or pending casesDeliver professional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and other communication channelsEnsure customer concerns are resolved promptly and accuratelyProperly document all customer interactions within the CRM systemMeet service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and performance metricsCollaborate with team members to identify customer service trends and process improvementsMaintain flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced banking environmentSupport additional projects and operational tasks as assigned by managementMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1 year of customer service experience requiredPrevious banking or financial institution experience preferredBilingual in English and Spanish requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills in both languagesExperience handling high-volume customer interactions preferredBasic computer skills requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and work effectively under pressureStrong problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
