Base pay range $62,000.00/yr - $119,000.00/yr Remote Salary Range: $62,100–$119,000 (DOE & Location) This is a permanent and benefited direct hire position with one of our law firm clients Key Responsibilities Monitor new business intake workflows from U.S. and offshore offices Review and summarize conflict reports to identify potential conflicts of interest Coordinate clearance processes with conflicts staff across offices Assist Supervising Partners and Conflicts Counsel in resolving conflicts Review updates to existing matters and lateral hire reports for potential conflicts Establish and maintain ethical screens; communicate updates as needed Maintain consent and engagement letter files; update relevant databases Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a large law firm; global firm experience preferred Experience working with large databases Strong organizational and analytical skills Excellent writing, proofreading, and interpersonal communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with AgilePoint Workflow and Intapp Open preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
