Employment Litigation Counsel - Fully Remote A nationally recognized firm with a reputation for litigation excellence and deep expertise in Labor & Employment law is seeking a talented Litigation Counsel to join its fully remote team. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and PAGA actions . Manage all phases of litigation: case evaluation, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters. Advise clients on litigation strategy and employment law risks tailored to their business needs. Stay current on labor and employment law developments to ensure compliance and proactive client guidance. Qualifications 5-10+ years of litigation experience , with a strong focus on labor & employment matters. Proven ability to manage complex cases independently, including courtroom and arbitration experience. Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Strong interpersonal and client management abilities. Reduced Billable Hour Requirement (1500-1800) - A schedule designed for balance.
