Licensed Esthetician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills, and experience with a variety of treatments including dermal fillers, laser therapy, body waxing, and makeup application. Candidates should be comfortable managing appointments using salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY, as well as engaging with clients through social media management and guest services. Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, laser therapies, body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and makeup application. Provide advanced skincare services such as esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion to meet client needs. Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out procedures, and maintaining client records using salon management software like Millennium and MINDBODY. Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, special offers, and events. Upsell additional services and products to maximize client experience and salon revenue. Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, nail care, hair styling, barbering techniques like straight razor shaves, and advanced esthetic procedures. Collaborate with team members on guest services to ensure a welcoming environment that promotes hospitality excellence. Skills Valid Cosmetology license with esthetician certification required. Proven experience in medical spa or med spa settings preferred. Strong management skills for handling appointments and client flow efficiently. Proficiency with salon software including Millennium and MINDBODY. Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively. Experience with social media management for marketing purposes. Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards in esthetic practices. Ability to perform specialized treatments such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser therapy, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, deep tissue massage, and tattooing is highly desirable. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products and services tactfully. Creative skills in makeup application and color theory are advantageous.
