Your territory will consist of Ohio OH, Pennsylvania PA, West Virginia WV. You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales North EastWhat You’ll AccomplishProvide sales and strategic leadership for assigned territoryBuild relationships with new customers and increase market share of Duro-last Roofing ProductsIncrease sales development and sales growth in your assigned territory/regionWork with customer network to increase the sales and market share of Duro-Last, Inc.Travel regionally in your territory at least two weeks per month (50% minimum travel time)Attend trade shows and supplier events when neededPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business/related field or equivalent experience required2-4 years of sales management experience required, to include; fully developed sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers)Demonstrated success prospecting for and closing new businessRoofing and/or construction background preferredAble to travel frequently (up to 3 weeks per month minimum)Strong communication and presentation skillsExcellent time and territory management habitsExperience with personal computer, e-mail, and Microsoft Office programsUnion/Tech experience is a plusCompensation And BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurancePrescription drug programLife and AD&D insurance (life insurance is equal to two times annual base salary)Short and long term disability401(k) retirement plan with company contribution and Profit SharingPaid vacation10 paid holidaysFlexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings AccountCompany provided cell phone and laptopCar allowanceBonus ProgramAdditional Tasks And ResponsibilitiesTerritory growth is to double in the next 3 to 5 years2 direct reports and agents to manageAmrize is an equal opportunity employer.
