Job Title: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday-Friday Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN Licensure Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Candidates must have Cardiac Cath Lab experience. Description: This is a backfill contract position for an RN specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. On-call requirements are included in the schedule. The unit consists of 3 Cardiac Cath Labs, 1 EP Lab, and 1 Hybrid Lab. The staff includes 1 Charge RN, 3 CL RNs, and 3 CVTs. Patient ratios are 1:1. The types of procedures performed include cardiac diagnostics, PCI, Impella, peripheral vascular angiogram/angioplasty, and electrophysiology studies. Other skills relevant for this role include the use of Impella, IABP, thrombectomy, and implants. Candidates with noted experience will be prioritized. The dress code requires royal blue scrubs.
