The Onboarding Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients during the onboarding process, providing technical and customer support, resolving troubleshooting inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transition to MedServe’s digital narcotic management system. They will also analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions and offer guidance on best practices to maximize system efficiency.QualificationsStrong Customer Support and Communication skills to effectively assist clients and provide clear guidance and solutionsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting expertise to resolve challenges and ensure system functionalityAnalytical Skills to assess client needs, identify patterns, and provide data-driven recommendationsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational and time-management capabilitiesExperience in healthcare technology or compliance-related roles is a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
