Title: Staff AccountantLocation: Tysons Corner, VA (hybrid)Compensation:$65,000-$70,000Our client, a global nonprofit organization, is looking to add a Staff Accountant to their growing accounting department. This position goes into the client's Tysons Corner, VA office on a hybrid schedule and is a contract-to-hire opportunity. Successful incumbent will have a Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of accounting experience.Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basisAssist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variancesJournal entriesMonth-end close assistanceEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree3+ years of accounting experience or an internship held in accounting (required)
