**Now Hiring: Production Assembly Technician****Location:** Beaverton, OR**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM**Pay:** $19-$21/hour (DOE)**Job Summary**We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Beaverton. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, assembling products, and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.**Key Responsibilities**+ Assemble products according to work instructions, drawings, and quality standards+ Use hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches on a daily basis+ Perform cable assembly and routing with accuracy and attention to detail+ Assist with mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies+ Maintain quality and precision while meeting production goals+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe+ Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines**Qualifications**+ 1+ year of production or assembly experience required+ Comfortable using hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions+ Experience with cabling or wire handling required+ Soldering experience is a plus+ Mechanical assembly experience is a plus+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent Monday-Friday schedule**Interview Process**Qualified candidates will complete a hands-on technical interview, including assembling a product to demonstrate tool usage, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail.**Why Apply?**+ Competitive pay: $19-$21/hour (DOE)+ Consistent weekday schedule with early shift+ Opportunity to work with a growing manufacturing team+ Hands-on role with potential for long-term growth**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
