The individual in this role will be responsible for precisely entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. Key activities include managing administrative tasks, verifying data accuracy, preparing reports, and supporting customer inquiries. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in all tasks performed. Qualifications Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills to efficiently manage data entry tasks.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and collaborate with team members.Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organization and time management skills.Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.Proficiency in using data management and office software (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing applications).High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
