This role focuses on process development, PFMEA, work instructions, and MES routing creation to improve production efficiency and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, and proceduresCreate and manage MES / routing records (FactoryLogix preferred)Support electronic assembly manufacturing and production optimizationLead Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP, and industry standardsMaintain process documentation, ECOs, and production metricsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical EngineeringExperience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in defense or aerospaceHands-on experience with PFMEA, work instructions, and MES systemsExperience with electronic assembly manufacturing processesKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologiesFamiliarity with AS9100, ITAR, NADCAP standardsCompensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
