This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our THAAD factory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and testing of complex mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements. The Manufacturing Technician will work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict cleanliness and safety protocols. This role is based out of Nashua, NH (NHQ) and will be on a Monday-Thursday 4-10 schedule. This position is available for a 2nd shift schedule beginning at 3pm. Key Responsibilities:Assemble and test complex electromechanical systems, including sub-assemblies and final productsOperate and maintain cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and test equipmentFollow strict cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a cleanroom environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and qualityTroubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues and defectsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize assembly processes and reduce defectsMaintain accurate records and documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, test results, and quality control dataRequired Education, Experience, & SkillsMust currently possess an Active Secret ClearanceAbility to possess and handle energeticsExperience working with large, complex buildsAbility to work in a cleanroom environmentEffective communication and teamwork skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and qualityAbility to read and interpret work instructions and mechanical drawingsPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsExperience with cleanroom equipment, including workstations, tools, and test equipmentKnowledge of quality control principles and procedures, including SPC and FMEAExperience with lean manufacturing tools, including 5S and visual managementFamiliarity with cleanroom protocols and procedures, including gowning, cleaning, and sanitizingPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $66017 - $105628 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
