Hiring: Director of Business Development (Healthcare)Proven Experience RequiredWe’re looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to drive strategic growth across Primary Care, Cardiology, and specialty service lines.This role is focused on real relationships, real partnerships, and real growth — not random outreach.What You’ll DoBuild and manage strategic relationships with PCP, Cardiology, and specialty practicesSupport new practice acquisition and affiliation models (independent contractor / rental)Develop partnerships with orthopedic groups, radiology groups, hospitals, and nursing homesCreate and grow joint ventures and sister-organization partnershipsOversee and improve liaisoning efforts and referral growthEnsure marketing efforts are strategic and B2B-focused, not randomSupport service line expansion What We’re Looking ForProven experience in healthcare business development or strategic partnershipsStrong physician, hospital, or enterprise relationship backgroundTrack record of driving growth.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skillsCompensationBase Salary: $130,000 – $150,000Incentives & Bonus: Performance-based (growth, partnerships, revenue impact)
