The team’s goals are to drive the growth of Wise through partnerships and integrations by creating a world class product set delivered through third parties.As part of this role, you willProvide technical consulting and product guidance to banks and other partners integrating Wise, primarily post-saleEnsure partners deliver the best integration within their constraints for an excellent customer experienceAssist partners in the implementation phase, defining technical solutions and documenting requirementsSupport business development by aiding larger partners requiring novel features, including technical scoping and feature design.Participate in feature definition, prioritisation, and long-term strategy planning with the Wise Platform teamCollaborate with Implementation Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers, making product and project decisionsDesign and develop new features for Wise services and expose them on the public API when neededWork on scaling Wise Platform into new regions, overcoming associated challengesImprove integration experience through documentation, APIs, SDKs, code samples, and reference implementationsCollaborate with the technical presales team to support the sales cycle and secure new partnershipsEnhance internal processes to handle multiple integrations in parallelTroubleshoot, test, and resolve technical issues, aiding the API support team with complex problemsThis role will give you the opportunity toChoose your own path to success - you’ll have the freedom to define the vision and responsibility for making it happenIdentify problems and unlock opportunities for Wise and partners through technology solutionsInspire other teams internally and externally with your ideas, knowledge and self-starter attitudeTravel to work with our teams in Tallinn, London, and New York, as well as visit our partners across North AmericaAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
