Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver critical cardiovascular care as a Cath Lab Technician in a busy cardiac catheterization setting. This contract position offers consistent weekday hours with occasional on-call and holiday coverage, perfect for professionals seeking a stable schedule within a specialized role. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain cath lab equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures. Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and provide emergency care if needed. Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems, including EPIC Cupid. Participate in orientation and ongoing education modules to stay current with protocols. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Cath Lab Technician. Valid Radiologic Technologist State Licensure. ARRT Certification required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or four 10-hour days, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday on-call availability required. Float coverage possible to a nearby cath lab unit.
