Claims Processor | Leading Insurance / Benefits ClientWe’re looking for a Claims Processor to join a leading insurance/benefits client in San Francisco. If you have experience in health & welfare claims processing and a strong understanding of claims adjudication, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a high-impact, customer-focused environment.What You’ll Do:Process routine health & welfare claims (medical, dental, vision, disability, etc.) following plan guidelinesReview, validate, and adjudicate claims for accuracy, completeness, and eligibilityVerify insurance coverage and determine company liability for claim payoutsCommunicate with claimants and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve inquiriesMaintain accurate claim records, documentation, and reporting for processed claimsStay up to date on plan changes, regulatory requirements, and company policiesWhat You Bring:Minimum 6 months of experience in health & welfare claims processingKnowledge of claims adjudication, medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codesStrong communication skills (written and verbal) with a customer service mindsetHigh attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret benefit plans and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic data handlingAbility to handle confidential information (PHI/PII) with integrity and discretion📍 Location: San Fancisco (United States)💵 Pay: $24 – $27/hour.If you have an interest in Claims Processor, please apply now!Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
