Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,614 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Fargo, North Dakota. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel Med Surg Neuro RN Care Setting: Years of Experience: 1 Years Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIHSS Charting System: EPIC Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks Trauma level: 1 Charting: EPIC Willing to float to all units/locations in Fargo as needed per job request Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 4-5:1 on day shift, 6:1 on night shift All clinicians must badge in and out at facility Scrub Color: Navy Blue Types of procedures required: Assessments, documentation, completing of nursing tasks, med administration Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic EMR, Omnicell, Alaris IV pumps Required skills and minimum years of experience: Min 1-year recent MS experience. Experience with neuro patients preferred but not required. Experience working in a large hospital, 200 beds. We don’t have a certain time frame that they rotate. They might work 3 weeks days than 3 weeks nights one schedule cycle and the next schedule cycle all days or all nights. All depends on the unit needs. The travelers can self-schedule however they are only guaranteed to have the days off that are listed on their contract and during balance may be moved off a shift that they self-scheduled to balance the unit. If staff do need a specific day off and we can’t support, it as the switch would off balance our unit, we ask them to find someone to trade with like we do our badge staff. There is usually high success in finding someone to switch with. When we balance the schedule, we are very mindful that staff aren’t flipping back and forth from days to nights frequently.
