Under the guidance of Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, and BOH management, learns kitchen leadership, production systems, food safety, labor controls, and team development. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing advancement into Sous Chef or BOH Manager positions.**Key Responsibilities****Culinary Operations & Food Production**+ Learn all areas of the kitchen and production procedures, including prep, events, catering events, ordering, and inventory.+ Support daily prep execution and ensure consistency with recipes, portioning, and plating standards.+ Assist with menu execution and culinary innovation.+ Monitor food quality, temperature logs, and presentation in accordance with culinary standards.**Leadership & Team Development**+ Shadow Executive and Sous Chefs to learn coaching, delegation, and shift leadership.+ Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and cross‐training BOH employees.+ Provide hands-on support during peak hours to lead by example.+ Learn how to deliver performance feedback and promote a positive kitchen culture.**Apply to Levy today!**_Levy is a member of Compass Group USA_Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story (http://www.compass-usa.com/our-story/)**Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
