Service Advisor

Service AdvisorCamping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. Successful team members can earn $75,000 or more annually based on performance.As a Service Advisor you will primarily be responsible for initiating and processing requests for repair services and providing administrative support to the Service Department as well as keep customers apprised of work progress.What You'll Do:Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customersSuggest add-on sales to increase average transactionsProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointmentsKeep customers apprised of work progressWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:A minimum of one year of service experience is preferredPrevious RV product or camping lifestyleAbility to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as neededExcellent organization and follow up skills are requiredThe ability to follow department procedures and policiesValid driver's license preferredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesProlonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated.
