Workday Developer / Administrator Contract Type: W2 Location: Onsite/Hybrid (As per the client's requirement)Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Workday Developer for an exciting long-term opportunity. If you have hands-on experience in Workday configuration, integrations, and reporting, we'd love to connect with you!What You'll Do:Configure and support Workday modules — HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Recruiting, Time TrackingBuild and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)Develop custom reports using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and RaaSManage Business Process Framework (BPF), security groups, and org structuresSupport data conversion/migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production issue resolutionCollaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams on end-to-end Workday projectsWhat We're Looking For:4-6 years of experience in Workday development, administration, or consultingStrong hands-on experience in at least 2-3 Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting)Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web ServicesProficiency in Workday reporting tools (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, RaaS)Strong understanding of BPF and security configurationsWorkday certification is a plus (HCM/Integration)Excellent communication and client-facing skills
