We are looking for a developer with exceptional communication skills and a passion for clean, efficient, and user-friendly code.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior iOS Developer, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for the entire lifecycle of our mobile applications. Your primary duties will include:Architect & Develop: Design and develop advanced, high-performance native iOS applications using Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI.Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define, test, and ship new features.Lead & Mentor: Serve as a principal application designer, providing highly technical direction. You will direct and monitor the activities of less experienced developers, coordinating tasks on projects of varying scope.Maintain Quality: Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and oversee all required debugging to ensure a seamless user experience.Strategic Planning: Participate in overall systems development, from technical analysis to user acceptance testing. Prepare thorough technical and functional specifications and contribute to project assessments, including time and effort estimation.Innovate: Recommend new technologies, policies, or processes to benefit the organization and improve system deficiencies. Stay ahead of the curve in the iOS ecosystem and lead technical evaluations of vendor software.Bridge the Gap: Maintain an excellent functional understanding of supported applications and the business units they serve, effectively acting as a consultant to help business units meet strategic objectives.Required Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:Communication & Leadership:EXCEPTIONAL verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to speak and articulate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Technical Core Competencies:iOS Development: Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining native iOS applications.Swift & UI: Deep proficiency in Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.Project Management: Experience managing project milestones, delivery dates, and coordinating between applications and business units.Domain Knowledge:Highly Preferred: Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial domains.Required: Experience in another highly regulated industry (e.g., Healthcare, Government).Experience:Minimum of an Associate's degree and 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, OR in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience (including the 5 years of development experience).Preferred QualificationsSubject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.Advanced understanding of applications supported with a sound knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.Strong problem-solving, lateral thinking, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented, action-oriented, and proactive.
