Where the atmosphere is as warm as the dish that just came out of the kitchen.Our Bartenders play a key role at One Twenty Three, serving a variety of guests, whether meeting for happy hour, dining or stopping by for a drink and appetizer before the show.If you love FREE movies, want to be where the action is and are passionate about providing excellent service, then we encourage you to explore this opportunity and begin the next chapter in your story with us!ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and engage with all guests in a friendly, positive mannerSets-up, maintains and operates the barMaintains safe, secure and sanitary bar area and equipmentAdheres to standardized recipes and department rules and proceduresPrepares garnishes to ensure freshness and quality, set up mixers, and pre-mixed drinksFollows opening, closing and cleaning checklists on a daily basisEnsure all guests have proper ID, are over 21 years of age, and that drinks are not served to intoxicated patronsMix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipesClean and close down the bar at the end of the night according to proceduresStock glasses, liquors, beers, and winesOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE:Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes requiredMinimum of 1 year of in a bartender position preferredStrong verbal communication and listening skillsSelf-starter who is energetic and flexibleCertifications for Food Safety and Alcohol training certificate preferredAble to work under pressure, multi-task, follow directions, and work with a teamCan thrive in a fast-paced environmentFriendly, outgoing, and a team playerAbility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as requiredAbility to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 40lbs, and use basic cleaning equipmentBENEFITS/PERKS:Flexible SchedulesPaid Volunteer TimePTO, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life, Long Term Disability and 401K - must meet eligibility requirementsEmployee Assistance ProgramFREE Movies and Discounted Concessions!A fun, friendly, and welcoming culture in an exciting industry with endless popcorn refills!Full time hours availableAt Studio C, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.
