Should you choose to accept this mission, you will be part of a team that values Service, Trust, Empathy, Playfulness, and Courage!If you like the idea of creating story through the art of mixology, we encourage you to begin the next chapter in your story with the Food and Beverage team!ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Sets-up, maintains and operates the bar.Maintains safe, secure and sanitary bar area and equipmentAdheres to standardized recipes and department rules and procedures to mix, prepare, and serve drinksPrepares garnishes to ensure freshness and quality, set up mixers, and pre-mixed drinksTakes drink and food orders and accurately inputs into register system.Collects payment and makes correct change.
