Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Creekside Village/Ravenwood - Creekside Village is seeking a Full Time SLP!The Speech Language Pathologist is responsible for providing rehabilitative therapy to patients upon referral for communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders following all regulatory and clinical practice requirements. This includes recovery, improvement in function and when possible, a return to a prior level of functioning. Clinical documentation will describe objective measures and justification for continued or discontinued services.This position reports to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.Job RequirementsMust be a graduate of an accredited program in Speech-Language PathologyMust be ASHA certified (CCCs)Must have current and active license with the state of PennsylvaniaOne year experience in long-term care or related setting preferred
