Main Responsibilities And AccountabilitiesSupport Account Managers with bid requests by gathering and recording pricing from estimatorsAssist with job entry, entering codes, colors, and specificationsRetrieve and organize previous samples for color matching, as neededReview job billing for accuracy and submit job jacket to the Accounting DepartmentInspect samples for quality and prepare shipments to clientsCoordinate daily UPS shipments and ensure all packages are sent out on timeMaintain organization of job jackets, including cleaning and updating as neededStock and organize supplies; assist with general workspace upkeepAssemble materials for internal reviewFile invoices and maintain organized billing recordsPerform other duties as assigned by managementWork both independently and collaboratively to accomplish team goalsJ-18808-Ljbffr
