Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k) Generous PTO and paid holidays Flexible remote and hybrid work options Job DetailsResponsibilities: Manage end-to-end execution of R&D tax credit studies for multiple clients Conduct technical interviews to assess qualified activities and expenses Analyze data and calculate federal and state R&D tax credits Draft tailored deliverables including executive summaries and technical reports Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate completion Build strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-through Support training and mentorship of junior team members as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area of study 2+ years R&D project management experience 2+ years client service or consulting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
