Information Technology Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders.Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with federal security standards and policies.Provide regular status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors as needed.Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and project reviews (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall as applicable).Maintain documentation including project artifacts, requirements, and technical specifications.Required Qualifications:Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance (required).Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in government or defense environments.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and technical teams.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
