Regional Account/Sales Manager (US & Canada)

The role focuses on selling automated machinery and solutions for precast production.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the regional sales strategy.Identify new opportunities and manage the full sales process.Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to prepare technical proposals and commercial offers.Present technical solutions to the customers and lead commercial proposals.Build long-term relationships with precast producers and industry stakeholders.Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and market intelligence.Represent the company at key industry events.Requirements:RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience in technical sales within precast, concrete, construction machinery, or automation.Understanding of precast production processes.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluent English (Spanish as a second language preferred).Availability for frequent travel.PreferredExisting industry network in North America.Familiarity with CRM tools.Experience working with international teamsOther information:We OfferCompetitive compensation (base + bonus).Innovative product portfolio.International, collaborative environment.Growth opportunities.
