Analyst, Business Systems I

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. OR 4 years of job related work experience. OR 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related degree. Required Work Experience: 2 years of IT Business Analysis experience. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Capture and document business requirements for PGBA systems. Conduct requirement gathering and documentation sessions with customers. Walk customers through documented requirements for validation and approval. Partner closely with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately. Manage defects and troubleshooting activities. Work closely with the client organization to ensure customer expectations are met. Must understand claims processing workflows and business processes. Required / Preferred Skills & Technologies: Strong understanding of claims processing. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Experience with: Visio MS Project Excel MS Word SharePoint Nice to Have: Operations experience. Claims processing experience.
