Food Quality Control ManagerThe Food Quality Control Manager is responsible for making sure all products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you.Great PayExcellent work environment with growth opportunitiesGreat BenefitsImmediate HireDuties:Manage and maintain all food safety programs, including HACCP and SQF.Perform daily plant floor checks, audits, and documentation reviews.Monitor product quality, SOPs, and specifications.Lead internal audits and support corrective actions.Train employees on food safety, GMPs, and quality procedures.Review labels, ingredients, and nutrition information for accuracy.Maintain supplier documentation and verify compliance.Work with production to resolve quality issues and improve processes.Communicate with auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies when needed.Requirements:3–5 years of food industry experience.Experience with customer complaints or quality feedback systems.Experience supporting or managing multiple facilities.Strong knowledge of HACCP (HACCP Certification required).Experience with SQF or other GFSI programs.Understanding of FDA, USDA, FSMA, and basic regulatory requirements.Ability to write, update, and audit SOPs and quality procedures.Knowledge of sanitation, pest control, and basic microbiology.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Jasleen Kaurjasleen@ajuliaexecutivesearch.comAjulia Executive Search is a search firm specializing in Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical positions.
