Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: 05/11/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Cath Lab Job Details: • 1 year of nursing experience required with 2 years of recent specialty experience required • Must have full year of in-specialty experience within past 12 months with no gap in employment greater than 90 days • Patient ratios: 1:4 days, 1:3 nights • Average daily census of 4 procedures per lab • On-call required including weekends, must pull call for SLE and SLS • Regular floating required between departments, units and facilities as needed • Must float between SLE and SLS locations • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS • Complex PCI experience required • Travel experience required • Must have both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license at time of submission • Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks • Maximum 7 days request time off • 24 hours orientation with additional 10-15 hours of compliance modules • EPIC charting system experience required • Scrubs provided by facility • Work with adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients • Extensive skills required including diagnostic cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology procedures, cardiac stent placement, IABP placement/removal, pacemaker insertion, and various interventional procedures Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive cardiac catheterization laboratory providing advanced cardiovascular procedures and interventions.
