We're Hermetic AI. We build Mia — an AI agent that handles private event and catering inquiries for multi-location restaurant groups. We're growing and need someone to help us deliver a great experience to every client we onboard.The role:You'll be the person who gets new clients live on Mia and keeps her performing well over time. That means setting up accounts, learning how each restaurant group operates, and updating Mia's prompts when clients tell us something isn't landing right.This is a hands-on, client-facing ops role at the intersection of AI and hospitality.What you'll do:Set up and configure new client accountsGather feedback from clients on how Mia is respondingWrite, test, and refine prompt updates based on that feedbackQA Mia's outputs to catch issues proactivelyDocument what's working so we can scale itWho you are:Sharp attention to detail — you read outputs carefully and know when something's offGood with people — clients are restaurant operators, not tech peopleComfortable with ambiguity — we're a startup, things move fastBonus: background in hospitality, customer success, or AI toolsComp & setup:$60,000–$75,000Full-time, remoteSmall team, direct access to foundersGround-floor seat at a fast-growing AI company
