Litigation Paralegal Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site) Employment Type: Full-timeOverview: The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys with case management, legal research, document preparation, and trial support in a fast-paced downtown Cleveland firm.Key Responsibilities:Draft and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery documentsConduct legal research and analysis; summarize findings for attorneysInterview clients and witnesses; prepare summariesOrganize and maintain case files, evidence, and exhibitsAssist with trial preparation and attend hearings as neededTrack billable hours and case activityQualifications:Paralegal certificate required; Associate’s degree preferredPrior litigation experience requiredStrong legal writing, research, and analytical skillsExcellent organization, communication, and time managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficient in Microsoft Office
