We're all about supporting our team and helping you grow in your career.What We're Offering:* $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires* Per diem also available: $55 - $65/hr* In-house therapy team - not contracted out* Supportive, friendly team and leadership* Career growth opportunitiesWhat You'll Be Doing:* Evaluate residents for speech, language, swallowing, or cognitive needs* Create and carry out personalized treatment plans* Help residents improve their communication and swallowing abilities* Work with families and caregivers to support each resident's progress* Use AAC (augmentative/alternative communication) tools when needed* Collaborate with other medical professionals for testing (MBSS, FEES)* Document everything accurately and on time* Be part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team* Help train care staff and restorative nursing team* Keep residents safe, supported, and respectedWhat You'll Need:* Master's in Speech Language Pathology* NY State license (or in process)* Positive attitude and passion for helping othersWhy Join Us?At Achieve Nursing and Rehab, you're not just another therapist - you're part of a close-knit team that truly cares about the people we serve and each other.
