What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Current state licensure in good standing (or eligibility). ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. What You'll Do: Provide speech and language therapy in a school-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver goal-aligned therapy. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams. Maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines. Assignment Details Facility Type: School This is a 40-hour work week position at an elementary school with time built into the schedule for paperwork and documentation. Caseload is approximately 60-65 students. School has a range of general education students needing speech/language therapy as well as self-contained special education classrooms. We are open to CFYs. Our district has a strong infrastructure for SLP support with district-level SLI Staffing Specialists who assist with paperwork and training, an AAC specialist, and an ESE Director whose background is as an SLP.
