A company is looking for a Technical Manager, Developer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a team of platform and infrastructure engineers
Build and operate systems that support the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD infrastructure and testing frameworks
Improve engineering productivity by reducing friction in the build, test, and deployment processes
Required Qualifications
Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of engineering management experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong programming experience in modern languages such as Python, Go, or C++
Experience building or operating large-scale developer platforms or CI/CD infrastructure
