CFA Certifications PreferredProject: Asset ManagementThe team is looking for a very strong a Business Analyst with expertise in Data Reporting for Financial Instruments - Front Office / Back Office / Middle Office in asset management. The BA must be able to think out-of-the-box, challenge existing process, analyze requirements, break them down into user stories with sufficient details, and an achievable acceptance criteria. These are non-negotiable.Skills / Experience RequiredMust have atleast 7-10 years of experience, of which atleast 5 years in the finance industry as a Business Analyst with expertise in Data Reporting for Financial Instruments - Front Office / Back Office / Middle Office in asset management.Strong experience in agile methodology is an absolute must.Solid experience in having developed user stories and acceptance criteria is essential.In-depth experience in coming with up test plans, test strategies, test cases and control sets for testing purposes.Design and execute test cases for application development and implementation projects
