The CNA joining the Float Pool is looking to gain or build upon a broad range of clinical skills and knowledge base. Ability to float between Medical-Surgical Units with focus of Cardiac and Post-Surgical diagnoses, as well as our Special Care unit; which provides great exposure to specialties while continuing to expand your experience and skills.Summary:The Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Care role assists in the administration of nursing care to designated patients under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Performs a variety of direct and indirect care duties.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Certified Nursing Assistant required.
