We value grit, humor, ownership, accountability, and genuinely caring for each other.We have our sights set on $50M in revenue and we’re building the team that will take us there.The RoleThis is not a “car salesman” job.This is a professional, field-based sales role for someone who can represent our brand with confidence, accuracy, and integrity.You’ll meet homeowners onsite, walk their property, take measurements, assess scope, and guide them toward the right fence or deck solution. You’ll build trust face-to-face, gather the details needed for accurate estimates, and move projects confidently toward signed agreements. We have a custom built pricing software to make your life easy with the numbers. You will be in person at our office almost daily as this is not a remote based position. Some remote capability is expected but we prefer to interact with you in person :) We generate strong lead flow. Your job is to turn opportunity into well-scoped, well-sold projects that Operations can execute smoothly.You will work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure clear communication, clean handoffs, and a 5-star customer experience.What You Will DoMeet homeowners onsite to assess projectsTake accurate measurements and document site conditionsEducate customers on options, materials, and designBuild detailed, accurate proposalsManage follow-up and move projects toward closeMaintain clean and updated CRM recordsHit revenue targets while protecting company marginsCollaborate with Operations to ensure projects start smoothlyHelp improve and refine our sales processWhat You BringConsultative sales experience strongly preferred (construction or home services a plus)We will train the right individual who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and professionalismComfort being in the field dailyStrong attention to detail and measurement accuracyProfessional presence - confident, not pushyHigh level of personal accountabilityOrganized, process-driven mindsetCoachability and resilienceAbility to communicate clearly with both homeowners and internal teamsIf you rely on pressure tactics or fast-talking closes, you won’t enjoy this role and it won’t work here.
