Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative for our on-site location in Lacey, WA. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored home improvement solutions. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending customer appointments, delivering engaging presentations, and closing sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role requires proactive lead generation, effective communication, and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Qualifications Proven sales skills, including ability to develop client relationships and provide solutions.Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers effectively.Experience in time management, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Basic understanding of home improvement products and services is a plus.Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.High level of organization and ability to manage sales activities efficiently.Willingness to work on-site in Lacey, WA and maintain professionalism.Previous sales experience or customer service experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
